About these terms
These terms apply when you use www.999arte.com or place an order with 999ARTÉ. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to your rights under applicable UAE law.

Products
Our acrylic pieces are laser-cut and hand-finished in Dubai. Small variations in finish may occur between handmade pieces, and colours may appear slightly different on different screens. This does not affect your right to receive products that match the description, stated specifications and any custom design you approved, or your rights if a product is defective.
Prices and payment
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Full payment confirms your order. Prices may change, but price changes will not affect orders already placed.
Custom and bespoke orders
Production starts after you approve the design. We will tell you the expected timing before production begins. You confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use any names, logos, images or other content you ask us to include in your order.
Delivery, cancellations and refunds

Intellectual property
Our original designs, photographs and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Please obtain permission before copying or using protected content, except where permitted by law. Rights in third-party names, logos, images and other content remain with their respective owners.

Our store runs on Shopify, which processes personal data when you browse or buy. Shopify's services can use information from your interactions with this store, other merchants and Shopify. We share personal data with Shopify and other third parties, including providers abroad, as described in our Privacy Policy.

المنتجات
تُقصّ قطع الأكريليك لدينا بالليزر وتُشطب يدوياً في دبي. قد تظهر فروق بسيطة في التشطيب بين القطع المصنوعة يدوياً، وقد تبدو الألوان مختلفة قليلاً من شاشة إلى أخرى. ولا يؤثر ذلك في حقك في الحصول على منتجات مطابقة للوصف والمواصفات المعلنة وأي تصميم مخصص وافقت عليه، أو في حقوقك إذا كان المنتج معيباً.
الأسعار والدفع
جميع الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي (AED). يُؤكَّد طلبك بعد سداد المبلغ كاملاً. قد تتغير الأسعار، لكن هذه التغييرات لا تؤثر في الطلبات التي تم تقديمها بالفعل.
الطلبات المخصصة والمصنوعة حسب الطلب
يبدأ الإنتاج بعد موافقتك على التصميم. سنبلغك بالمدة المتوقعة قبل بدء الإنتاج. وتؤكد امتلاكك الحقوق أو الأذونات اللازمة لاستخدام أي أسماء أو شعارات أو صور أو محتوى آخر تطلب منا تضمينه في طلبك.
